The first process
We are starting out. This one is already running.
Garage in the Bern area
Who had which set of wheels in storage each spring and autumn lived in an Excel file and in the owner’s head. Today the process knows which customer has which set and where, gets in touch by itself before the changeover, and proposes an appointment.

Common questions
What firms ask us before the first Kaffi.
Do we have to switch software?
No. We build on what you already have: your mail address, your accounting, your spreadsheets. If a switch really were necessary, we tell you beforehand and explain why.
What happens if the automation gets something wrong?
Every process logs what it did and can be stopped. For the first few weeks everything runs with approval, so you see what goes out before it goes out. Only once you are happy do we take the approval step away.
Where does our data live?
In Switzerland, as far as your tools allow it. Where a service only runs abroad, we tell you before signing and you decide. We work with a data processing agreement under the revised Swiss FADP.
How long does a project like this take?
A single process usually two to four weeks from analysis to handover. A company package with several processes takes correspondingly longer, but we switch them on one after another so you do not have to wait.
What if we no longer want you afterwards?
Then we stop. The processes run on your accounts, the documentation is yours, and we build in nothing that only we can open. That is the whole point of the handover.
Do you also speak German and French?
Yes. Consulting, documentation and training in German, French or English. Swiss German over the Kaffi.
